Reservation Deposit & Scheduling Policy
Reserving Your Appointment
We look forward to helping you work toward a positive conflict resolution scenario. To reserve your mediation appointment, we require a $200 scheduling deposit at the time your session is booked.
Your deposit is applied directly toward your mediation fees—it is not an additional charge. It simply reserves your dedicated appointment time and allows us to prepare for your session.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If you provide 24 hours or more notice, your $200 deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- We understand that true emergencies happen, and those situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

This policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available for clients who are ready to move forward while allowing us to provide each client with the time, attention, and preparation they deserve.
